1. How long is your Warranty?
--All our products will have one year guarantee and we will continue to offer advice and spare parts after this period.
Within 1 year after receiving our machines, under right operation and non-artificial reasons, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, we will replace them by air-mail or express immediately free of charge.
After 1 year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price. If there is something wrong with the machine, we are responsible to solve this problem soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.

2. What's the payment terms?
--30% initial payment when place your order, 70% balance payment before shipment.

3. Could your engineer teach and train our worker and stay in our factory for long time?
--Yes, we will send rich practiced experience engineers to your country to install and test the machine and train your workers, but you should pay them salary.
